And if you are really going to sanction people for such sundries, then really, you are no better than an ACTA advocate, which is nothing else than a form of copyright fascism.
Really, I can't see how exactly did malys777 harm you or your work, but I can clearly see how did you harm him and his work.
And I can say you are missing the point of free culture and CC licenses, completely. If you don't like people using your stuff, why don't you just keep full copyright, i.e. "All rights reserved", and maybe even put a prohibition on downloading it?

So here's an idea: Stop trying to defend someone who does nothing but steal other artists work and claim it as their own, especially when you know a fraction of the story. Being a "writer" as your page claims, plagiarism should be an issue you might understand and probably worry about.
By the way, Way to freak out over nothing. With my "Also You're*" statement, I was jokingly correcting your typo of "Your're". Keep calling me a fascist, I bet it makes you feel all important!
And what's with this 4 years thing you keep going on about? The image didn't exist until 2009, which is 3 years ago.
